July 16th - August 22nd with Coach Joe Rogers
Tuesday and Thursday evening 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Members: $60, $95 for course and entry fee into race
Non-Member: $90, $125 for course and entry fee into race

Paperless Registration
The Pat Jones and Heartland Racing Co. events are paperless. Online registration is open up until the race starts on race day. If the event is not sold out, registration is allowed at packet-pickup via onsite QR code on your device or provided on-site device.

What do I need to bring to Packet Pickup?

To pick up your packet for an event you need a photo-id and proof of USA TRIATHLON membership. Each Events packet pickup is listed on the Webpage. All in-town participants should pick up their packets on the specified date and time. If this is not possible you may pick it up during the out-of-town packet pickup date/time. Packets will not be mailed. If you choose to arrive late or do not allow yourself enough time to get your packet, the event will not wait for you and you may not be allowed to start the event. Earlier is always better.

What is this RunSignUp Processing Fee?
Online Payment Processing fees are standard in the world we live in. The Pat Jones YMCA and Heartland Racing Co. utilize RunSignUp as our registration provider. RunSignUp boasts the lowest processing fees 99% of the time vs. other online registration platforms.

Refunds
We currently have a no-refund policy BUT a very generous deferral policy. You can read all about deferrals below.

Event Deferral
Deferrals are allowed under extenuating circumstances. Ex. Illness, family emergency, pregnancy, injury, etc. Full-Deferrals are only allowed before orders for swag are placed for the event. Once swag is ordered a Full-Deferral is no longer allowed as we have planned for your participation. If you still wish to defer even if swag has been ordered for the event that you are registered for, we will extend you a one-time use coupon code with a small discount for next year’s event. Deferrals are only allowed for the same event the following year.

Where can I find event results?
Events results can be found on the results page on our website and Heartland Racing Co. Look to the top of your screen on your computer to see the tab OR click the 3 lines on the top right of your mobile device to see all the available tabs.

Can I run with my dog?
No, due to USA Triathlon insurance policy you can not run with your dog. With that being said no one ever said your pup couldn't be apart of your sideline cheering squad.
 
Can I run with a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed due to the USA triathlon insurance policy.
 
Can I wear headphones during the event?

Short Answer, no. Long Answer, yes; if your headphones are an open-air design that conducts sound through bone conduction. There are never headphones allowed in Multisport, cycling, or swimming events.

Insurance requirements
We have a general liability policy that covers us company-wide. We strive to have the safest of events but in the event of an injury or accident, we
want everyone to be covered and provided the best help possible. We ask all individuals to sign up for a USAT membership to ensure that we can take care of you if you would need to utilize insurance.

Discounts
We offer discount codes to All Military personnel and All First Responders past and present. We also offer discounts to all Ozark Regional YMCA
members. You may contact us for these discounts.

Inclement Weather
Events will happen rain or shine. However, safety is our number one priority. If there is lightning, participants will be required to seek shelter and
wait for 15 min. Every lightning strike that is seen, the stopwatch of a 15 minute waiting period is started over. We make every effort to not cancel or shorten an event, but we will do whatever is necessary to keep all participants, volunteers, and staff safe. Any weather-related cancellations are non-refundable. If an event is “canceled” the entire event is rescheduled or switched to an indoor event.

Awards
If you receive an award being present is preferred, but you can also come to the Pat Jones YMCA to pick up your reward. We will not ship awards.

Course completion
The event course is the only official, legal, and insured place for you to participate. It is your job to study the course map ahead of your event, pay attention to pre-race meetings, and be aware of course markings. Participants must complete the official course to be considered official finishers. If you get off course for any reason, you must still finish the official course. Getting off course and completing the advertised distance independently off-course does not qualify you as a finisher and automatically disqualifies you from results and awards.
