Description
The fourteenth Annual Thanksgiving Day 5K is coming back to Hyde Park this fall! With in-person and virtual options, as well as a Children's Dash, the Gillham Road GobbleTrot 5K Fun Run/Walk is your source for active, family-friendly fun this Thanksgiving holiday.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the Community Programs of the Pilgrim Center.
The start and finish (both southbound) will be just north of the Pilgrim Chapel, 3801 Gillham Road.
• The course will take runners and walkers along Gillham Road, through the Hyde Park neighborhood, and past Hyde Park the park.
• All in-person 5K participants (runners & walkers) are chip timed.
• The course has been certified by the USATF.
5K runners and walkers will receive a long sleeve T-shirt (shirts not guaranteed if registering after Nov. 12).
Age Groups: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-84, 85+.
First, second, and third place medals are awarded in each division, and Male and Female Masters each are awarded a custom-engraved stainless steel Yeti travel cup. See more on our website.
The Children's Dash for kids 8 & under is held at the conclusion of the 5K run and walk. Divisions are: 4 & Under, 5-6, and 7-8. The younger two divisions run 100 yards and the older division runs 200 yards. Dash participants receive a T-shirt (not guaranteed if registering after Nov. 12).

Packet Pick Ups!
To pick up your chipped bib and 2024 T-shirt, please visit one of our Packet Pick Ups. We know it has been busy and crowded in years past, so we have added an additional opportunity this year to help make your visit fast and easy! You have THREE chances to pick up your packets:
- Tuesday, November 26, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Drive through at Notre Dame de Sion Grade School, 3823 Locust Street, KCMO
- Wednesday, November 27, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Drive through at Notre Dame de Sion Grade School, 3823 Locust Street, KCMO
- Thanksgiving Morning, Thursday, November 28, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Walk up at Pilgrim Chapel, 3801 Gillham Road, KCMO
If you would like us to gather packets for a team or any assortment of registrants, YOU MUST REQUEST IT. Please click here and include the name of EACH registrant, and we will have them ready for you at Packet Pick Up.
Please note: we do not automatically prepare team packets together because folks sometimes pick up separately, so EVEN IF you registered as a team, please let us know if you would like your packets put together.
