Description
Duathlon style training starts at 8 am.

Pick up your numbered bib BY 7:45 at Start/Finish/Transition behind SBR Bike Shop. (map below)
Transitions will be video recorded and uploaded to a menu item here on the registration page.
The following splits will be timed:
Run 1 mile
T-1
BIKE 18.5 miles
T-2
RUN 3 miles
Finish
Starting 1 mile run route to T-1
Chip Start head west counterclockwise around the mall and back to T-1.
18.5 Mile Bike Route to T-2
18.5 Mile route, 2 loops using both the outer road and levee trail.
3 mile run route
From T-2 to loop around rivers edge lake, run in front of mall head east to back of mall to Start/Finish.
