Course Maps
Sprint course will consist of a 500-meter swim in lake Antoine. A 13-mile bike around the lake and out and back on Trader's Mine Rd and finish the bike around the lake and back into Lake Antoine Park. The 5K run will take you through the Campground out of the park and alongside the south side of the lake, where you will turn around and run back to the park, and finish along the lakeshore drive.
The Olympic course will consist of a 1500-meter swim in Lake Antoine. A 26-mile bike around the lake and out and back on Trader's Mine Rd and then around the lake AGAIN and back up Trader's Mine Rd and finish the bike around the lake and back into Lake Antoine Park. The 10K run will take you through the Campground out of the park and alongside the North side of the lake, where you will run through the streets of Iron Mountain and return to the park following the road of the South side of the lake, and back into the park and finish alongside the lakeshore drive.
The Duathlon will be a sprint length. The athletes following the sprint run and bike routes and finishing with ANOTHER run!
