PACE Marathon, Half Marathon, and Fun Run/Walk

Warren County Parks and Recreation is hosting the inaugural PACE Marathon, Half Marathon and Fun Run in 2024! PACE stands for Parks and Community Events, and the goal of this race is to have people experience a different area of Warren County, as each year the route and location of the race will change. This year's race will feature the communities of Smiths Grove and Oakland, a truly beautiful section of Warren County, KY. All marathon and half marathon participants will receive a shirt, and marathon and half marathon finishers will receive a unique medal that features these two communities. IMPORTANT! The half marathon will follow the route of the marathon and will be an out and back half marathon!

Early packet pick-up for marathon and half marathon will be available inside the Smiths Grove Library (115 W 2nd St, Smiths Grove, KY 42171) on Friday, May 10th from 6:00-9:00pm. Please arrive to check in and pick-up your bib and t-shirt at 6:30am. The marathon will begin at 7:00am. This race will begin and end at Ed Spear Park. This entire route is paved. 

What is a fun run you might ask? A fun run will follow the route of the marathon! You make this distance what you want! Interested in running 1 miles come on down! Interested in walking a 5k? This fun run/walk is entirely up to you!

Marathon is $75, Half Marathon is $50, and Fun run is $15 (with children under 6 being free)
