Join the TriGators for the 2025 TriGators Campus 5K at the University of Florida!!!
Due to ongoing renovations at the Florida Pool, which currently lack a set completion date, we regret to announce the cancellation of the 2025 Triathlon & Duathlon. However, we’re excited to host the TriGators 5K, a fantastic event showcasing the heart of the beautiful University of Florida campus. We look forward to bringing back the full Triathlon in 2026!

About the Race:
The TriGators 5K features a 3.1-mile (5-kilometer) course winding through the iconic UF campus. Whether you're a first-time participant or a seasoned runner, this race offers something for everyone!
Your participation directly supports the University of Florida TriGators Triathlon Club, enabling our team to compete at a high level across Florida and the United States. Over the years, our Gainesville and UF community have been instrumental in our success, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support.
Special Invitation to TriGators Alumni:
We warmly welcome TriGators alumni to join us for this year’s 5K and revisit their old stomping grounds! Alumni can receive a special discount code for registration by contacting us at trigatorstri@gmail.com. Proof of prior involvement with the TriGators Triathlon Club is required. Don’t miss the alumni meetup zone and post-race refreshments exclusively for former club members!
Important Information:
No Refunds or Transfers: Entry fees are considered donations to the University of Florida TriGators Triathlon Club. These funds are vital for supporting our team.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent the 2025 TriGators 5K from occurring, participants will have the option to defer to the next race or receive a refund.
Participant Perks:
Registrants before February 21st will receive an exclusive event race shirt.Age Group Awards: Winners in each 5-year age bracket (from 9 and under through 75 and older) will receive a medal!

Athlete Guide
The 2025 Campus 5K Athlete Guide will come out soon!
The course will begin and finish at the North Lawn of the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, 157 Gale Lemerand Dr, Gainesville, FL 32611. The course will be a protected 5K at the University of Florida campus with police officers blocking the road and volunteers along guiding athletes.
