We are sad to announce that 2024 Cal Tri Folsom - 9.8.24 has been canceled.
Full refunds to the credit card provided, including the RunSignUp transaction fees, will be processed starting June 11, 2024. New leadership at the venue introduced additional limitations and restrictions that have made the race untenable, effectively scuttling 2 years of promotion and planning. Description
2024 Cal Tri Folsom - 9.8.24. Cal Tri Folsom, 20 miles northeast of Sacramento, starts in the inviting waters of Lake Natoma followed by a scenic bike ride around the lake and make sure to save energy for the run leg on the American River Bike & Auxiliary Trails. Cal Tri Events is pleased to add it as one of our great races in great places.
14 EVENT OPTIONS. 7 Olympic distance events (Triathlon, Triathlon Relay, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 1640 Yard Swim & 10K Run) and 7 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, Triathlon Relay, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, 400 yard Swim & 5K Run). Triathlon = swim + bike + run. Triathlon Relay is 2 or 3 athletes combined to complete the triathlon. Typically, the swim and run distances are standard but the bike distance varies from race to race. Check out the course maps for more detailed information.
