Pee and Youth Triathlon Team
Ages 7-15
WE START MAY 29TH, 2017!!!
Practices:
Monday – Wednesday – Thursday
11:30-12:30pm Pee Wee Youth Ages 7-10
12:30-1:30pm Youth Ages 11-15
May 29-August 11th
***ONCE YOU JOIN THE TEAM YOU WILL HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THE TEAM CALENDAR WITH THE SPECIFIC TRAINING LOCATIONS. Practice facilities will vary through out the season between Service Pool, West Pool, Little Campbell Lake, Kincaid Park, Hilltop, tracks, etc.
Day 1 (60mins):
20min swim
10mins to change
30min run
Day 2 (60mins):
30min bike
30min run
Day 3 (60mins):
Transition Practices
Bike handling work
Mini Triathlons!
Capacity 10 per team
Monthly $240 (includes pool fees) /11wk program (May 29-August 11)
