Splash and Dash

Come out for a fun-filled event! This is the second annual Splash and Dash Duathlon event. Entrants for the 5k race will start out with swimming .5 mile (35 laps) in our 25 yds. pool and then continue to run a scenic 5k course along the North Payette River and through town. Racers will have the choice of completing the whole event themselves, swim first then run. Or, they can compete in a team of two. Each person will then take a leg of the race, either swim or run. The race will begin and end at the Cascade Aquatic and Recreation Center in Cascade, Idaho. 

Entrants for the 1-mile race will start out swimming 200yd (8 laps) and then run 1 mile on the scenic Strand pathway following the North Payette River. The race will start and finish at the Cascade Aquatic and Recreation Center. This race can also be completed individually or in a team of two.
