We are excited to have Tampa Bay Watch as our charity partner for the Holiday Distance Classic. All donations and a portion of the net proceeds will go to help restore Tampa Bay!

Tampa Bay Watch is a nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to the protection and restoration of the marine and wetland environments of the Tampa Bay estuary through scientific and educational programs. Founded in 1993, they perform a variety of habitat restoration and protection activities throughout the year utilizing thousands of volunteers to help the bay recover from its environmental threats.

Tampa Bay Watch is dedicated to fostering a healthy Tampa Bay watershed through community-driven restoration projects, education programs, and outreach initiatives.

Come Run With Santa!

Get in the spirit and jingle all the way to the finish line at our Florida Holiday Halfathon & 10K. 

Santa will have soft drinks, hot food, and great music waiting for you at the finish line!

Due to uncertainty about venues and routes due to hurricanes Helene and Milton, we have moved both the half marathon and 10K to start and finish at Seminole City Park in Seminole.  We will not be offering alcoholic beverages this year due to park restrictions. We were already considering removing them anyway to make the Holiday Distance Classic a more family-friendly and focused event.
