Kiel Raider Nation Triathlon

Race consists of 100 yard pool swim (serpentine style), 7 mile bike, 2 mile run (road & trail portions). Swimmers will start immediately after the long distance swimmers.

A student discount for those ages 9-18 is shown at checkout.

Race consists of 100 yard pool swim (serpentine style, pool noodle or kick board allowed), 2.5 mile bike, 1 mile run. Parents may ride/run alongside their child but may not interfere with other participants. Assistance in transition area is allowed.

Race consists of 300 yard pool swim (swim your laps in same lane - swim sides with another racer), 15 mile bike, 3.1 mile run (road & trail portions).
