We invite you to get outdoors and get active at this family-friendly 5K event! A wonderful way to encourage healthy living while enjoying the beauty of Arkansas Bend Park's trails. Runners of all ages and paces are welcome. Lace up your running shoes and embark on a memorable journey. Proceeds benefit Fit Foundation's youth fitness and special needs training programs.

Record your run using Strava and submit your time to be part of the race day excitement. Earn medals and race swag, whether you’re racing with us on the trails or from afar. Community Service Opportunities:
Attention High School Students! Earn valuable community service hours while being part of this exciting event. We offer a variety of volunteer roles that qualify for service hour credits:
-Course marshals
-Registration and check-in assistants
-Water station attendants
-Finish line support
-Set-up and clean-up crew
All high school volunteers will receive official documentation of their service hours, perfect for college applications, scholarships, and school requirements.

*Texas Youth Trail Championships:
-All registered youth runners are automatically entered
-Results from this race will count towards championship standings

Our 1K race is specially designed for our youngest athletes, ages 8 and under.
Guardians are welcome to accompany their child during the 1K. To do so, you must be registered for either the 5K or 1 Mile run. This ensures proper event coverage and safety for all participants.
