Official Packet Pickup Day (pick your timeframe)

<11am is prepping Organizing boxes, shirts & bibs and getting last-minute registrant lists for reference.
Gathering group packet pickups for easy pickup.
11:30-6 we need to be in packet pickup mode. (Sometimes runners come earlier than 12pm)
11:30 - help at check-in table where we give them their bib # for easy pickup at the PPU area
--Prepping medals
--Prepping food/drink alley contents/tables
--Filling water/ice in coolers & mixing GATORADE/SQWINCHER coolers.
There is other race stuff to prep/organize, if it gets slow and you need something else to do.
We have the building until 8pm and are prepping race morning stuff until then. Downsizing and organizing PPU areas for race morning.
Packing up anything we can to help for race day packing. Charging phones/camera/computers. Processing last minute registrants (online registration stays open until 8pm) for ease of pickup on race morning.
We usually hang around until 8pm so the GTS runners have access to building for end-of-run meet-up and access to restrooms.

Kids K Marshals - along route (corners)

Standing on the intersection corners, directing kiddos & encouraging them to keep going. Pick up any kids K markings close to you and bring back to event site (after the last kiddo passes you).
We don't want to confuse any 5K/10K runners with the markings.
PD is responsible for making a pass-through to reset and "open" the 5K/10K course.

After checking in to get your wristbands, you can either hitch a ride with our volunteers to take you to point, or you can run/walk down there.
Either way, just let us know what you decide to do.
We will set up the waterstop for you, and we will pick it up also--before PD re-opens the course.
Please pick up all cups -- you can use the medical gloves in the emergency kit, if you prefer.
Empty all coolers in the grass and stack neatly, before leaving.
Please text the Coordinator/RD before leaving the materials.

This person helps coordinate DJ & Timer, for starting in sync.
This person also calls out bib numbers as runners finish.
This helps the timers tremendously, to make sure crossing runners' times are accurate and no issues.
