Screw City 2 Mile Run
Screw City 2-mile run. This 2-mile run will start at the same time as the Duathlon and run/walk the 2-mile Duathlon run course. It starts at Peak Sports Club - out one mile - then returns to the finish line.

Screw City RUCK Challenge
Screw City RUCK Challenge - 2-mile Ruck with obstacles & challenges along the way. Men - 30lb Ruck. Women - 20lb Ruck. First Responders - Ruck or full "Turn-out-gear".

POST RACE FITNESS CHALLENGE - FREE TO ALL RACERS
FREE - to all Screw City Multi-Sport Event Racers!!
The course will be a speed run, something that can be completed in 2 -5 mins or so with obstacles.
Sample:
* Tire Flip - Racer will need to complete at least 3 flips
* Double Bucket Carry - Racer will carry the bucket(s) around the marked area. (1 bucket can be done as well).
* Medicine Ball Squats -Races will complete 10 squats.
* Cargo Net Crawl - Racers crawl under the cargo net and run into the finish line.
