Bike 5 miles
Run 1.2 miles

Each athlete will be required to be a USAT member (purchased at check out). Athletes can purchase a 1-day event membership ($10) that is only good for the date of this triathlon or a premier membership ($25) that is good for all events from date of purchase until the athlete turns 18.

Run 0.7 miles

Swim distance flexible based on skill and comfort level
