This is the ScrubJay 5K Run/Walk event that takes place at the beautiful Brevard County Chain of Lakes Park in Titusville. The course is mostly paved and follows the path around two of the lakes.

Scrub Jay Sprint Duathlon

The Duathlon begins at the beautiful Brevard County Chain of Lakes Park in Titusville where participants begin their race with a 5K that takes them around two lakes; transition to bikes for a 12.4 mile bike course that leaves the park, crosses US1, and continues onto Dairy Road for 6 miles through rural Titusville to the Salt Marsh area west of I-95 returning the same way to the Chain of Lakes Park. Bikers transition once again for a second 5K at the park to finish.
