Aqua Bike Athletes will re-rack their bikes following the bike portion and run out of Transition and through the Finish Line.

6:00 AM Registration Opens; Day of Race registration (if available), check-in, packet pick up.
7:00AM - First Wave Start (NOTE: NEW START TIME 7:00am)
10:00 AM - Awards Ceremony (time is approximate) COURSE
SWIM: in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean (beach start) with a fresh water shower into transition #1. Swim caps are provided in your race packet and are REQUIRED during the swim.
