While we are not a non-profit, we are a small company, run by athletes that are passionate about ultra triathlons. We work hard to organize top-notch, internationally sanctioned pre-race events at an affordable price for our athletes. However, in order to make our events fully sanctioned, we need support. The fees for our race should cover various expenses, including insurance, sanctioning fees, permits, professional services, race equipment, participant gear, awards, and other costs. Unfortunately, we've found that there isn't much margin for us to raise funds to take the race to the next level without cutting costs, which goes against our commitment to quality. To achieve our goal of making this a fully sanctioned IUTA event, we estimate that it will require an additional $27,250 so we ask for donations, sponsors, and partners. Your generous donation, where funds are 100% reinvested into supplemental race equipment and USADA fees, will enable us to offer a fully IUTA sanctioned event much sooner!
