Description
Join us for this TIME-based Indoor Triathlon exclusively at our beautiful luxury facility in Lenexa!
Distance: Perfect for the IM veterans and newbies alike, test your speed in this unique 10 min swim, 30 minute bike and 20 minute run (10 min and 5 min transitions, respectively which are thrown out).
The goal is to have fun, test your skills and to see how far you can get in each discipline!
Facilities: The Triathlon will be located at the beautiful luxury club at Life Time Lenexa. Equipped with a 25 meter pool, calibrated indoor bikes (Stages power meters) and Woodway Treadmills, we have the perfect venue to test your skills!
Heats: Heats start at 7am and go off at 20 minute increments. Depending on the number of heats, we will assign you a heat time based on your Estimated 10 minute swim distance.
Estimated 10 min swim distance: You will have 10 minutes to swim as far as you can. Please indicate when you register how far you think you'll swim. Your heat will be based on this information!
