11th Annual Live Like Jake 5k

Every dollar given through April 30, unlocks another dollar in a generous dollar for dollar matching grant - up to $10,000. The funds will be used to assist children with critical care needs resulting from a non-fatal drowning. The money will pay for medical treatments not covered by insurance.
