Description
A fun Duathlon/Run/Walk for families and friends to help raise Crohn's and Colitis Awareness. Proceeds to benefit Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America. A short 2.5k run, 10k bike and a 2.5k run. You also have an option to just do the run portion or walk the 5k course. Individual or relay fun duathlon/run/walk. Please join the fun and enjoy some lumpia at the finish.
