Description
The 5th Annual Woodruff Family Y-Tri in Milford, CT includes a 300-yard pool swim inside the gorgeous Woodruff YMCA Pool, 11-mile bike ride through residential Milford, followed by a 3-mile run. Do the whole thing, or get a few people together to do a relay! Either way, just "tri" it!

Swim Course
Curious about how this 300-yard pool swim works? Check out this video! When you register, you'll enter your estimated 300-yard swim time in minutes and seconds, and for the race start, you'll be lined up shortest to longest time estimate. You're still able to pass/be passed during the swim but it can be very challenging to do so, so please make sure that your estimate is as honest and accurate as possible.
Bike Course
Here's the bike course, in very fast form. You probably won't be able to ride it as fast our video, but you'll get an idea of the course elevation (or lack thereof). The course is very flat and great for early season-riding. The snow will be gone by then, too.
Run Course
Here's the run course. Don't worry...like the bike, it's flat, the snow will be gone, and you won't be expected to go quite as fast as the video!
