From the base of Table Mountain and the stunning foothills of Colorado, All-Out Multicourse proudly presents our 14th Annual Spring Fever, benefiting UpRoot Colorado! Conveniently accessible from several nearby highways, Spring Fever celebrates the arrival of spring, blooming flowers, and our buzzing friends the bees with our mascot Buzzby. Alongside its October endless series counterpart, Kooky-Spooky, this event features 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon courses that trace the scenic shores of Arvada's Blunn Reservoir via the Ralston Creek Trail. Both novice and experienced athletes will find these courses a rewarding challenge!

UpRoot Colorado increases the nutrition security of Coloradans by harvesting and redistributing surplus, nutrient-dense foods while supporting the resilience of farmers.

Goals
  • Increase nutrition security in Colorado by diverting locally grown and nutrient-dense surplus produce (i.e., protective foods) into the state's hunger-relief system
  • Reinstall food wisdom in our Colorado communities by reconnecting Coloradans with the soil and the life-sustaining power of food
  • Cultivate a more equitable Colorado food system through experiential education, quantitative and qualitative research, legislative-advocacy and via collaborative projects addressing agricultural issues such as on-farm labor shortages
  • Contribute to the economic resilience of Colorado’s family farms
