What should I wear? We encourage participants to dress in a fun and festive way! You can wear anything from crazy colors and accessories to fire department T-shirts or even bunker gear (optional) to honor Addi.

- When does registration open and close? Registration opens at 8:15 and closes at 9:45.
- How do I find photos and videos from the event?

- You can also check the Big Beautiful Life Facebook group (@Big Beautiful Life) and Instagram (@bigbeautifullifeofficial).
- There's an option to upload photos on the registration site as well.

- When does the silent auction close? Bidding closes on Monday, June 17th at 10:00 PM EST.
Schedule
- What time should I arrive?
- Spectators and runners/walkers/rollers: 8:15 AM (Registrants should check-in at Registration)
- Volunteers: 7:15AM (Report to volunteer check-in, unless told otherwise)
- First Responders: 8AM, Essex Fire will direct you.
- Non-Profits and Sponsor Village: 7:30AM and be "open" for 8:15 arrivals (Questions can be directed to our Marketing Tent)
- How long should I expect to stay? 12:30
Parking
- Is there parking available? Yes, carpooling is encouraged. Parking is available at:
- the schools on Founders Road (including handicap spots).
- Overflow parking will be directed to Sandhill Road, Foster Road & Parks, and Sandhill Park (furthest location, 15-minute walk).
Event Activities
- What can I expect at the event? The event includes:
- Run Walk & Roll 1.2k and 5k (in person or virtual)
- mascot dance party at the finish line
- face painting
- First Responder Touch-A-Truck
- 50/50 raffle
- sponsor and non-profit tents
- Who is MC Wild Bill? MC Wild Bill from WOKO will be hosting the event and keeping the atmosphere fun and exciting.
- What is the Touch-A-Truck event? This is a chance for kids to explore emergency vehicles and meet the first responders who use them.
- How does the 50/50 raffle work? 50% of the raffle proceeds go to the winning ticket holder, with 25% each going to Big Beautiful Life and a participating Touch-A-Truck organization or a non-profit tent/table.
Race Details
- Are there warm-up activities? Yes, participant warm-ups will begin at 9:30 AM.
- What are the race start times? A moment of silence will be held before the in-person race begins at 10:00 AM. Addi's Engine (Essex Fire) will lead the start.
Additional Events
- Is there an event after the Run Walk & Roll? Yes, there's a Picnic Garden Gathering in Addi's Memorial Garden on Monday, June 10th at 4:30 PM to celebrate Addi's Second Angel-versary.
