TGI Fabrication Armadale Duathlon #2 (Spinifex Sheds Multisport Series)

Its time for our second⭐️event⭐️ for the 2024/25 Triathlon Season - a duathlon! 🏃🚴 

This duathlon is sponsored by TGI Fabrication and is the second race in our Spinifex Sheds Multisport series, with the third  being held on the 19th of January. 🏆This year our duathlon series has expanded to include our triathlon and aquathlon. We will have medals for 1st🥇, 2nd 🥈 and 3rd 🥉 male and female, for our sprint, enticer and mini courses (Draft Legal included). At the end of Our Aquathlon we will also crown our Spinifex Sheds Series Placegetters.

This is the perfect opportunity for those participating in the State Championships to get prepared for the big event. Likewise, if you're a seasoned Triathlete this event will get you warmed up for the Triathlon events this season. Or, if you're a newbie, its a great way to familiarise yourself with a multisport event. 

We will be running five courses: 

⭐️ Enticer Distance (min 12yo): Run 1: 2.5km / Cycle: 10km / Run 2: 1.25 km 

⭐️ Sprint Distance (min 14yo): Run 1: 5km / Cycle: 20km / Run 2: 2.5km

⭐️ Mini Distance (min 10yo): Run 1: 1km / Cycle: 6km / Run 2: 1km

⭐️ Junior Short (min 5yo): Run 1: 250m / Cycle 500m / Run 2: 250m

⭐️ Junior Medium (min 7yo): Run 1: 500m / Cycle: 3km / Run 2: 500m 

All Adult Participants will be timed. ⏱

This event is about participation, so if these distances look a bit daunting, please get in touch with us.

We are always looking for volunteers to help set up and run the day! Please register to let us know if you can contribute your time.

Medals will be provided for Junior Short & Medium participants.

Our Proposed Schedule is:
5:30am – Setup (Feel Free to come help with setup)

6:30am – Registration and Transition Opens 

7:00am - Sprint, Enticer and Mini Race Briefing 

7:10am - ISLAND ACCESS CLOSED / Sprint Race Start

7:15am - Enticer Race Start

7:16am - Mini Race Start

7:40am - Junior Medium and Junior Short Race Start

8:45am - ISLAND ACCESS RE-OPEN APROX

Late fees will be applicable to registrations after the 11:59pm 13/10/2024 including on-the-day registrations.
