Cyber Fitness Duathlon #1 (Spinifex Sheds Multi Sport Series)

Its time for our first ⭐️event⭐️ for the 2024/25 Triathlon Season - a duathlon! 🏃🚴 

This duathlon is sponsored by Cyber Fitness and is the first race in our Spinifex Sheds Multisport series, with the second ✌️ being held on the 20th of October. 🏆This year our duathlon series has expanded to include our triathlon and aquathlon. We will have medals for 1st🥇, 2nd 🥈 and 3rd 🥉 male and female, for our sprint, enticer and mini courses (Draft Legal included). At the end of Our Aquathlon we will also crown our Spinifex Sheds Series Placegetters.

This is the perfect opportunity for those participating in the State Championships to get prepared for the big event. Likewise, if you're a seasoned Triathlete this event will get you warmed up for the Triathlon events this season. Or, if you're a newbie, its a great way to familiarise yourself with a multisport event. 

We will be running five courses: 

⭐️ Enticer Distance (min 12yo): Run 1: 2.5km / Cycle: 10km / Run 2: 1.25 km 

⭐️ Sprint Distance (min 14yo): Run 1: 5km / Cycle: 20km / Run 2: 2.5km

⭐️ Mini Distance (min 10yo): Run 1: 1km / Cycle: 6km / Run 2: 1km

⭐️ Junior Short (min 5yo): Run 1: 250m / Cycle 500m / Run 2: 250m

⭐️ Junior Medium (min 7yo): Run 1: 500m / Cycle: 3km / Run 2: 500m 

This event will also feature two Draft Legal Open events:

⭐️OPEN Short (min 12yo): Run 1: 2.5km / Cycle: 10km / Run 2: 1.25km - Triathlon Australia / Western Australia Draft Legal Endorsement Required

⭐️OPEN Long (min 14yo): Run 1: 5km / Cycle: 20km / Run 2: 2.5km - Triathlon Australia / Western Australia Draft Legal Endorsement Required

We are always looking for volunteers to help set up and run the day! Please register to let us know if you can contribute your time.

7:00am - ISLAND ACCESS CLOSED / Draft Legal Race Start

7:30am - Sprint, Enticer and Mini Race Briefing

7:40am - Sprint Race Start

7:55am - Enticer Race Start

8:05am - Mini Race Start

8:10am - Junior Medium and Junior Short Race Start

9:00am - ISLAND ACCESS RE-OPEN

Late fees will be applicable to registrations after the 11:59pm 22/09/2024 including on-the-day registrations.
