Refund Policy
Prior to March 1, 2025 you may request and receive a full refund of your Race fee. The event processing fee is non-refundable. Starting on March 1 all our expenses are committed and no further refunds are possible, all sales are final. In the event the race must be cancelled or postponed due to conditions beyond the control of the Race Committee, all valid registrations will be deferred to the 2026 race. Any giveaways (T-shirts, etc.) will be distributed when your race event occurs.
