Refund Policy
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. Race insurance is available to purchase through a third party as part of your registration. You can transfer your entry to another person, transfer to another Bay Saint Louis Running Company event, or defer your entry. These actions MUST be done through our registration process, and there may be fees and deadline dates associated with these options. See our FAQs for more details.
We do not issue refunds if the event is canceled due to circumstances out of our control such as: Acts of God, weather conditions, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, etc.
The ONLY exception made is for active military personnel who submit deployment papers to us showing they will not be able to attend the event. Please do not contact us with any other “special” circumstances. By entering your initials during registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
