Refund Policy
Refunds are not allowed for this race.
Roll over policy:
We understand that life happens. If something comes up and you can't make it to the race, we will roll your registration fee to the next year, or toward another Best in the West Event. Roll overs are based on the following schedule:
28 days (or more) from race day - 97% of registration fee
21-27 days from race day - 75% of registration fee
14-20 days from race day - 50% of registration fee
7-14 days from race day - 25% of registration fee
0-6 days - No roll over.
Requests for registration roll over or transfer to another race must be made via email: contact@bestinthewestevents.com
