When we opened Blue Moon Bagel Cafe in 1996, our goal was not only to bake superior products, but also to make them as wholesome as possible. We recognize the importance of consuming healthy and nutritional foods, which is why we do not use any preservatives, chemicals, or additives at our bakery.
At Blue Moon, we use only the finest and purest ingredients to create unique bagels, artisan bread, and bakery products from scratch. All of our products are made in-house and in small batches throughout the day to insure freshness and product quality.
We use fresh milled organic flour in all of our bread. It’s better for the environment and your health, plus you can taste the difference.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free products are also available.
We are a trans-fat free bakery, using only the best ingredients to create our delicious baked goods.
