Daily training workouts with options for 70.3 or 140.6 triathlon training. Specifics of the triathlon training camp vary with 4-day and 2-day option. (See sample schedule. Please note: schedule is subject to change.) Note: if you are looking for more than training on the course, we strongly recommend the 4-day option, which includes skill-based sessions (along with workouts) on Thursday & Friday. The two-day camp works best for athletes who are looking for guided support on the LP course for the longer endurance workouts.
