Refund Policy
Refunds & Transfer Policy: This will be the 62nd Chilly Cheeks Duathlon, and we have never cancelled an event. Races are held no matter what the weather throws at us, however we may modify the event in extreme conditions. Once accepted, refunds, credits, entry transfers, deferrals, etc. will not be issued for any reason with the following exception: In the unlikely case COVID cases explode and we are forced to cancel the race on or before January 31st, we will refund 80 percent of the entry fee paid (excluding online processing fees). If new COVID requirements cancel the race after January 31st, we will refund as much as we can.
