Refund Policy
We do not allow refunds, year-to-year deferrals, or transfers from athlete-to-athlete.
We do allow registered athletes to transfer themselves (without admin fee) to any other ÖDYSSEY event, within the same calendar year. The athlete must do this at least 10-weeks prior to the event they are transferring out of, as well as the event they are transferring into. If the event there are transferring into has a higher registration fee, the difference will be charged to finalize the transfer. If the event being transferred into is less, the difference will not be refunded.
We will not make exceptions to this.
