Introducing an injury prevention and core stabilization program geared toward runners
Exercises aimed at targeting muscle groups utilized during running
Core engagement and stability exercises to assist in preventing injury and allow for healthy running
Modifications provided based on current fitness level
This program will complement your weekly mileage, and is provided by Martin Castaldi, DPT, OCS, COMT, CSCS.
Each session will be performed for 30 minutes in a circuit fashion
$25 per person for the 6-week program
Two workouts/week 1) Workout One: In-person: Saturday morning after BB practice. 2) Workout Two: Online workout provided electronically and to be done at home.
