I’m riding 110 miles from Oakland to Sacramento to support public schools — because as a dad and a proud product of public schools myself, it turns out it’s still easier to ride a bike all day than to navigate the funding challenges our schools face.

So this year, I get to support them the best way I know how: by pedaling… a lot.

Ride 4 A Reason raises money for the programs students really rely on — mental health services, arts and music, literacy, classroom supplies — all the things that help kids thrive but often get left out of the budget.
