2020 Nottingham Kids Triathlon canceled
June 1, 2020. With the state of Maryland still under a state of emergency and the opening of the Nottingham Swim Club unclear, we have made the decision to cancel the Nottingham Kids Triathlon. And while August 22 seems like a long way off, a lot of planning goes into producing the Nottingham Kids Triathlon and that planning needs to be happening now. Our host, community, first responders, sponsors, and staff are all focused on keeping themselves and others safe and healthy—asking them to focus on anything else at this time doesn't feel right. Athletes registered for the Nottingham Kids Triathlon will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee.
Description
One of the premier youth triathlons in the Mid-Atlantic, the Nottingham Kids Triathlon presented by Mini Cow Tri celebrates its thirteenth year.
New for 2020, we have added a 16–17 age group to provide high school age athletes more racing opportunities at age appropriate distances whether they are new to the sport or racing for a podium finish.
With a pool swim, rolling bike course, flat and fast run course, commemorative tee and finisher medal, and 30 age group awards, the Nottingham Kids Triathlon is a must not miss event.
Did we mention the Mini Cow Double swag when you register for both Columbia and Nottingham? Giddy up.
