Want to improve your time? Or set a PR? Is this your first 5K, 10K or Half Marathon? We have a 12 week training plan option that can be customize to your goals! This training plan – Train to Change – is USAT sanctioned and designed for you by Tracy Byrd with Food 1st Fitness. This online training program will include weekly written plans; to include running and strength training. Program begins Aug 30 and final date to register is Sept 13.
Cost: $75 (does not include entry fees)
