5:00am - Transition opens.
5:00am - 6:30am - Race Morning Packet Pickup Begins (for those that added it on and paid $15 extra)
7:00am - Transition closes.
7:13am - Sunrise
7:15am - Anthem & Announcements
7:25am - Duathlon begins.
7:30am - Swim(s) begin.
- 7:30am - Wave 1 - Neon Yellow Caps - Triathlon Age Group Men 45 & Older
- 7:33am - Wave 2 - Neon Orange Caps - Triathlon Age Group Men 44 & Under
- 7:38am - Wave 3 - Neon Pink - All Triathlon Age Group Women
- 7:41am - Wave 4 - Neon Green - Triathlon Clydesdales, Athens, Guardians, Relays, & Aquabike
8:30am - Post Race Party begins.
8:45am (approx) - Grab-&-Go Awards begin.
9:00am (approx) - Bike claiming begins.
10:30am - Race concludes. This may extend to 10:45am-11:00am if the event surpasses 600 people and we add more swim waves. As it stands the race ends at 10:30am.
