Smoky Mountain Midnight 8K Road Race

Date, Time, & Place: Saturday August 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Course Description: This year's course starts and finishes behind Pigeon Forge Junior High on the track. It is an out-and-back course on the greenway with a lollipop loop around The Island. Turn-by-turn and map available here. USATF Certification Number: TN24023MS

Course closes after 1 hour, 20 minutes 

Registration (NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS): Early Bird Registration: through 4/9 $25 Regular registration: 4/10-7/22 $30; Late Registration 7/23-8/5: $35; KTC discount, volunteer coupons, and other discounts applied during early, online registration only. 

 Bib Pickup: Saturday Night at the Pigeon Forge High School Track (near 414 Tiger Drive, Pigeon Forge TN 37863) from 10:00 to 11:45.

Post Race food: Light post race food will be available.

T-shirts: Pre-registered runners will receive unisex t-shirts. Please note our shirt policy: Anyone registering after July 15 will receive shirts while supplies last. The shirt order will be placed on July 16 and when the inventory runs out in the RunSignUp system then there will be no more shirts. No re-orders.

Awards to the top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters (As defined by fastest person age 40 and above, not limited to 40-49) Grandmasters (As defined by fastest person age 50 and above, not limited to 50-59), Senior Grandmasters (As defined by fastest person age 60 and above, not limited to 60-69) male and female. Awards to the top 3 in each age group as well as Overall Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and Overall Athena (Women over 150 lbs.) Age Divisions will be in 10 year increments (three deep). Overall winners not eligible for age division awards.

Grand Prix Points: 2024 Grand Prix points awarded at this race. Remember, to participate in the Grand Prix, runners must be a KTC Member and MUST volunteer at least 3 times at KTC Grand Prix events to qualify.

Race Etiquette: Due to insurance regulations, roller blades, strollers, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the course. Headphones are strongly discouraged.
