Description
Come strut your stuffing with us at the Calvert County Community Partners Turkey Trot 5K! This is a family-friendly, fun-filled race through Jefferson Patterson Park and a long-standing tradition for Project ECHO going back to 2012.
Giving
The race beneficiaries are Project ECHO and the Friends of Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum. Project ECHO provides hope for the homeless, with emergency shelter and supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Calvert County. The Friends of Jefferson Patterson Park support educational programming and free events such as Children's Day on the Farm.

PRICING IS UNTIL THE RACE IS SOLD OUT! THE LAST 100 spots will be on a live countdown until full.
Standard rates are for ages 13 - 99.
Opening - August 31, 2024: $35
September 1 - October 31: $40
November 1 - November 27: $45
RACE DAY: November 28: $50
Kids' rates are not time-sensitive and will not change for the 2024 race series.
Ages 4 - 12: $25
Ages 0 - 3: Free
Packet Pickup / Early Check-in
Pick up your race packets the week of the race and skip the crack-of-dawn check-in line on race day. If you choose not to pick up your packet early, please plan to arrive at Jefferson Patterson Park between 6 am and 6:15 am for check-in.

Race Day Schedule
6 am - 6:30 am: Participant check-in at the Pavilion (only necessary for those not taking advantage of early check-in and packet pickup). Registration will be in the Pavilion ONLY IF the race hasn't reached capacity.
6 am - 6:40 am: Participant arrival and parking. Park entrance gates close to all traffic at 6:45 am. DON'T BE LATE!
6:50 am: Warm-up
7 am: RACE STARTS
7:45 am: (approximate) Awards Ceremony
Course Map
Course map will be available no later than one week prior to race.
The 5K Race will start and end at the Pavilion at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum.
Awards
Top Overall Male, Top Overall Female, and the Top 3 Males and Females in the following age groups: 12 & under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
