Virtual Swim: 500 yards

This event is a 100% virtual. You will self-time and self-submit your times for your swim, bike, and run.
You can complete this event all at once or throughout the week of May 7-16, 2021.
You may complete this event by yourself or with other members of your social group.

Hybrid - Option 1
Live Swim: 500 yards (see GNT website for swim date/time choices)
Virtual Bike: 12 miles
Live Run: 3.1 miles
The in-person swim will have multiple locations for you to choose from.
The virtual bike can be done anywhere at anytime between May 7 - 15, 2021.
The run will be a live in-person run at Chugiak High School on May 15, 2021.

Hybrid - Option 2
Location: Anywhere & Chugiak High School
Virtual Swim: 500 yards
Virtual Bike: 12 miles
Live Run: 3.25 miles
The virtual swim can be completed between May 7 - 14, 2021 at a location of choice (pool, lake or ocean).
The virtual bike can be done anywhere at anytime between May 7 - 15, 2021 at a location of choice.
The run will be a live in-person run at Chugiak High School on May 15, 2021.
