Your Neighbors Need Help Now More Than Ever
When you participate in or make a donation to the Y Turkey Trot Charity 5K you are contributing to Y Open Doors Financial Aid, which helps families experiencing poverty throughout the Easter Shore of Maryland and Virginia afford Y programs which keep them and their children active, learning and participating in healthy community life.
This year, in response to the pandemic, we will hosting a Turkey Trot Food Drive at YMCA of the Chesapeake locations the week before Thanksgiving. Join in our efforts to help stock our community pantries this year so everyone is provided for!
