Rockford Road Runners established the Founders Scholarship in 2018 our 50th year, as a way of honoring those that started the club. In the scholarships first two years $2,900 in scholarships have been awarded. It is the Turkey Trot that so many of our founders participated in and supported through the years and we honor them with college scholarships to area runners.
