Welcome to my page for the 31st annual Lauren’s Run & Picnic!
I became involved with Lauren's Run in 2008, while my daughter Laura was battling Osteosarcoma. My family and I received so much support from CURE, from patient and sibling counseling, meals while in the hospital, to items to help the ordeal go by as smoothly as possible. There wasn't one day that my family wasn't exposed to someone from CURE reaching out or providing some level of comfort. Millions of dollars are also raised for research, helping to improve the lives of countless children all over the country.
Although Laura lost her battle in 2012, I continue to support Lauren's Run and CURE because I know how much it helps and will continue to help families until a complete cure is found. I'll never be able to repay what CURE has meant to my family and I.
