Barre3 is not your typical barre workout. It’s refreshingly different. Our signature approach incorporates traditional barre elements like isometric holds, low impact small movements, handheld weights, and the ballet barre acts as a prop to support movement. But we also love to move big and take up space incorporating a variety of science back practices to make our workouts efficient, effective, and unique to us.

The three in barre3 represents the three main components of our workouts, strength, cardio, and mindfulness. All equally important to strengthen and balance the body, and to build a holistic practice you can maintain overtime .
