Vision and Mission:

For the second year of Wolfpack Pups, our vision is to continue creating a space where youth can learn and grow through the different disciplines of triathlons. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity, support, and respect. We aim to empower every participant to achieve their goals and push past their current abilities. Most of all, we want to create an environment of fun and passion while doing these.

Who We Are:

Wolfpack Pups offers children between the ages of 6 and 17, regardless of their athletic background, an opportunity to experience the three disciplines involved in triathlons: swimming, biking, and running. Our program is designed to accommodate athletes of all levels by providing a supportive environment for growth and learning.

What We Offer:

Triathlon Training

Structured Workouts: Offering twice a month training sessions from June to August, tailored to different skill levels and individual capabilities to allow kids the opportunity to explore the three disciplines.

Nutritional Guidance: Educating participants on the importance of a balanced diet and hydration in athletic performance.

Mental Preparedness: Equipping athletes with mental strength and strategies to overcome challenges in both training and races.

Triathlon Gear Orientation: Providing guidance on essential gear and equipment required for triathlons. We will also offer each participant a Wolfpack Pups t-shirt and the opportunity to purchase a team tri kit for an additional cost.

Educational Clinics and Resources

Technical Skills: Conducting workshops to teach participants proper swim stroke, biking techniques, and running form, as well as best practices for transitions.

Injury Prevention: Providing guidance on injury prevention and recovery strategies.

Goal Setting and Achievement: Assisting participants in setting realistic goals and celebrating their accomplishments.

Feedback and Analysis: Providing constructive feedback and performance analysis to help participants improve.

Mentorship: Pairing participants with experienced athletes or coaches for additional guidance and support.
