Southern Ocean Ladies Running Club is a group for women walkers/runners of all levels. We are located in Ocean County, New Jersey. We hold several group runs monthly and a member meeting once monthly.
We have a private facebook page where we communicate about races, group runs and club items.

Discounts on SOL club hosted events, Shamrocks for the Shore 5k/10k, and Gobble Wobble 5k.

Trailblazers Kids Running Club. YOga FOr Runners Workshop, HOlistic Healing talks, DR. Talks, Running Clinics, monthly meetings etc.
